Every month, a new CrunchLabs box shows up at my door — and every month, I take it apart on the kitchen table, follow the instructions (mostly), and document whatever chaos follows.

This site is my build diary. Hydraulic claws, walking robots, marble machines, rubber-band cars — if it came in a CrunchLabs box, there's probably a post here about how it went, what broke, and what I'd do differently next time.
